Property listing XML

To give you an option to export properties from your site in exPub, we have developed an XML-feed with parameters so you can have a selective export of your listings. Only publicly available information is included in the xml.

The URL

The XML feed URL is available through the following URL: http://www.yourdomain.com/api/propertyapi/Get?propertytype=[propertytype]&type=[type]&language=[language]

Parameters

Language [language] (not required)
  • en = English (default)
  • no = Norwegian
  • de = German
  • th = Thai
  • ru = Russian

Property Type [propertytype] (not required)

  • 0 = Not set
  • 1 = House
  • 2 = Condo
  • 3 = Town House
  • 5 = Shop House
  • 6 = Land
  • 7 = Commercial
  • 8 = Hotel

Type [type] (not required)

  • 1 = All properties that have a sales price
  • 2 = All properties that have a rental price
  • 3 = All properties, sales and rentals
